1. Our Safety Mission

SPHERE™ was created to provide a safer, more positive social experience where members can connect, learn, create, share ideas, build communities, and discover opportunities while maintaining respect for others.

The safety of our members is one of the highest priorities of SPHERE™ Social Media Holdings LLC.

2. Age Requirement

SPHERE™ is intended only for members who are 16 years of age or older. By joining SPHERE™, members confirm they meet this minimum age requirement.

Accounts found to be below the required age may be suspended or removed.

3. Community Standards

Members are expected to treat others with respect, honesty, professionalism, and courtesy.

SPHERE™ encourages:

• Positive communication
• Learning and education
• Creative expression
• Professional networking
• Healthy discussions
• Community building
• Respectful debate

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on SPHERE™:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Child exploitation or unsafe interactions involving minors
• Violence, threats, or promotion of harm
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal drug sales or promotion
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Impersonation of individuals or organizations
• Terrorist or extremist content
• Illegal activities or criminal conduct
• Distribution of malicious software or hacking tools
• Copyright infringement or stolen content

5. Fake Accounts and Spam Prevention

SPHERE™ actively works to reduce:

• Fake accounts
• Automated bots
• Spam messages
• Fraudulent activity
• Mass account abuse

The membership verification process helps support these goals.

6. Reporting and Member Protection

Members are encouraged to report:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Scams
• Fake accounts
• Unsafe behavior
• Policy violations

Reports may be reviewed by moderation systems and platform administrators.

7. OUDI D2™ Safety Support

OUDI D2™ may assist with navigation, reporting tools, moderation support, content review assistance, safety guidance, and member protection features.

OUDI D2™ is designed to help maintain a safer and more constructive community environment.

8. Content Moderation

SPHERE™ may review reported content and take action when necessary.

Actions may include:

• Content removal
• Warning notices
• Temporary restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account removal

9. Account Security

Members are responsible for protecting their login credentials and account access.

Members should:

• Use secure passwords
• Protect devices
• Avoid sharing login information
• Report suspicious activity immediately

10. Payments and Verification

Membership verification payments may be used to reduce fraudulent registrations, fake accounts, and platform abuse.

Payment processing may be provided by trusted third-party payment providers. SPHERE™ does not store full credit card numbers, banking credentials, or payment passwords.

11. Enforcement

Violations of SPHERE™ policies may result in:

• Content removal
• Loss of platform privileges
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from SPHERE™
• Referral to law enforcement when legally required

12. Contact and Support

Members with safety concerns may contact SPHERE™ through the Help Center, Contact Center, Support Center, or official reporting channels available on the platform.
