SPHERE™ charges a membership fee to help maintain a secure, verified, and trusted community for members worldwide.
Membership verification fees of $5.00 USD are generally non-refundable once an account has been successfully created and verified. successfully created and verified.
If a payment is processed in error, duplicated, or affected by a technical problem, SPHERE™ may review the transaction and issue a refund when appropriate.
Members may cancel eligible recurring subscriptions at any time through their Account Settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
If an account is suspended or terminated for violating SPHERE™ policies, membership fees are generally not refundable.
